Toilets.

Toilets here are pretty much the same. But with some exceptions.

For example, in the country we discovered a lot of restrooms with holes/slots in the ground instead of sit-down toilets. The restrooms usually had both kinds of stalls, and I was never brave enough to use anything other than a conventional toilet.

Also, there in the country and here in the city, some restrooms have a big roll of toilet paper on the wall by the sinks, and you grab however much you may need and you have to take it with you to your stall. Yeah, it's a little different than the States, but it kinda makes sense. People who have to maintain and clean the restrooms only have to refill one roll, instead of going to each and every stall to refill :\

Lastly, they are always called "toilets." Rarely do we see them called "bathrooms" or "restrooms."
