Korean Language Writing Contest

At the beginning of this month, my language class attended the opening ceremony for the annual essay writing contest.
We met in the school's amphitheatre and students were invited down to throw bean bags at the two golden spheres suspended in the pit.

It was more intense than I was expecting...

One side's fell, which I don't think was supposed to happen...?

But the other side opened theirs correctly~!!

They put the one back up once it was opened ^_^

Anyway, inside the two spheres were little slips of paper. The papers had prompts on them, and those who were participating in the contest drew a slip (later on) and wrote about what they received.

After the opening ceremony (which included many speeches and talks, all in Korean) we took a ~quick~ campus tour and were fed some pastries and juice before being released ^___^~
